We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for our customers. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are subject to the following terms:

  • United Kingdom: Free standard delivery on all orders.
  • International: A flat rate of £9.99 applies to all orders outside the UK.

  • UK Orders: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but we aim for 5-14 working days.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as postal strikes, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges imposed by their country.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Refund Policy

2. Due to hygiene and health safety regulations, we do not offer refunds on any purchased items once the packaging has been opened. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

Cancellations
